In all our different experiences, we have found that the biggest factor for our happiness at work is working for a great leader. This #WorkhapSpotlight is about recognizing those leaders for their commitment to their team’s success and people-first mentality.
We ask for your help to nominate a manager who’s impacted your team culture and made your work experience that much more fruitful. Give them the recognition they deserve in our #WorkhapSpotlight!
Who is eligible?
- Every leader is eligible to be nominated even if they don’t have the official title of “manager.” Use the Google Form below to nominate your current or former manager. We are using Google’s Top Qualities of a Manager to pinpoint their unique strengths.
What happens next?
- After submitting your #WorkhapSpotlight nominee, our team will review all submissions and select our star managers! Awardees will be featured on our LinkedIn page and get a spot on our website. More awards and recognition to come. ?
